Mark ‘Sparky’ J. Carlson
ESCANABA — Mark “Sparky” J. Carlson, 63, of Escanaba, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at his home. He was born on March 27, 1957, in Ann Arbor, Mich., son of the late Gary and Ethel (Stropich) Carlson.
Sparky is survived by his daughter, Kayla (Jordan Bates) Carlson; four grandchildren, Ashdeyn, Zoey, Bella and Nova; one brother, Scott (Terri) Carlson, as well as nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his long time partner, Charlotte Siedlecki.
In keeping with Mark’s wishes, cremation will take place and his family will notify friends at a later date to join with them in celebrating his life.
