SURPRISE, Ariz. — Dr. Peter J. Gamache, MD., 91, of Surprise, Ariz., passed away at his residence Sunday, Feb. 9, 2020, in Surprise, Ariz.
His loving wife, Sharon (Ross) Gamache, is listed among surviving family. A memorial mass will be scheduled at a later date.
