Thomas Raymond Barron

PULSBO, Wash. — Tom Barron, 66, passed away unexpectedly on Aug. 20, 2019. He was born Dec. 22, 1952, grew up in Gladstone and attended Holy Name High School. After graduation, he enlisted in the Navy and was home ported out of Scotland as part of the nuclear submarine fleet.

After the service, Tom made Pulsbo his home and for many years he worked at the Navy shipyard in Bremerton, Wash. Tom was also a carpenter and had a love and talent for restoration.

Tom is survived by his wife, Linda (Meunier); son, Jacob; daughter, Racheal; six grandchildren, Brendon, Connor, Hayden, Emma, Ava and Rome; two sisters, Sandy (Al) Gareau, Judy (Mike) Lafleur; one brother, Terry (Patti) Barron: one uncle, Richard (Maryann) Barron, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Blanche Barron.

Memorial services will take place at Stone Chapel in Pulsbo on Friday, Sept. 6.
