BARK RIVER — Francis Willard Casperson (retired TSgt. USAF), 87, formerly of Bark River, passed away Saturday, July 13, 2019, in Glendale, Ariz. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Joyce Casperson, on Nov. 4, 2012. Funeral arrangements are being planned for a later date and a complete obituary will be forthcoming.
