Richard Joseph Tickler
CARNEY — Richard Joseph Tickler, 67, of Carney Nadeau, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018, at his home. He was born in Menominee on Sept. 7, 1951, son of Rofus and Elizabeth (Backman) Tickler. On Dec. 16, 2004, Richard married the love of his life, Michelle Gireux.
Richard loved spending time with his family fishing and berry picking.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle; children, Eric (Lori), Luke, Forrest, Lilly, and Miles; mother, Elizabeth Tickler; siblings, Tom (Mary), Don (Jackie) and Ray (Nancy); granddaughter, Reese; one brother-in-law and two sisters-in-law, as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and sister, Sue.
Friends may call on Friday, Nov. 9, from 4 to 5 p.m. CST at the Allo Coolman Funeral Home is Spalding. Funeral services celebrating Richard’s life will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 5 p.m. CST with Fr. Jacek Wtyklo officiating.
