Thomas S. McInerney
MILWAUKEE, Wis. — Thomas S. McInerney, 68, of Milwaukee, Wis., passed away at his home Dec. 23, 2017. He was born June 23, 1949, in Escanaba, Mich., to his parents, Drs. Thomas and Edna McInerney, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Richard F. McInerney.
He is survived by two sisters, Jane Weber of Green Bay, Wis., and Rosemary Grow of Bloomingdale, Ill., and two brothers, Kevin and his wife Adrienne (Rogalski-Wilk) McInerney of Oak Park, Ill., and John and his wife Nanette (Necci) McInerney of Franklin, Wis., and by many nieces and nephews.
Tom, as he was fondly referred to by family, relatives, and friends, was a 1967 graduate of Escanaba Area Public High School and a 1972 graduate of St. Norbert’s College in De Pere, Wis., where he earned a bachelor’s degree in English language arts. He was last employed in sales at Gareth Stevens, Inc., a book publishing company located in Milwaukee, until his retirement. Tom enjoyed family activities along with Packer and Brewer games, board games, and community events. Final arrangements are being handled by Max A. Sass and Sons of Milwaukee, Wis.
