Paul Michael Daigneault
ESCANABA — Paul Michael Daigneault, 60, of Escanaba, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Feb. 6, 2017, at UP Health System in Marquette from natural causes.
He was born in Escanaba on July 31, 1956, the son of John and Phyllis (Scheer) Daigneault. Paul graduated from Escanaba High School in 1975.
Paul served in the U.S. Navy for six years.
Paul worked as a handyman and carpenter. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, bike riding, watching the SYFY channel, fishing, and being outside enjoying nature.
He is survived by his sisters, Mary Jean (Thomas) Krassick of Bark River, Cathleen Bourdeau of Escanaba, Patricia (Allen) Tryan of Escanaba and Susan (Kim) Oliver of Wells; brother-in-law, Patrick Writt; and many nieces and nephews.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Judy Writt; and infant brother, Brian Daigneault.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 15, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Crawford Funeral Home in Escanaba. Military services will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Crawford Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family to assist with expenses.
