ESCANABA – The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Sean Anthony Malnar, of 9211 County Highway 511, Rapid River, pleaded guilty to one count of a controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine; 11 months in jail, credit for 211 days served; fines, fees and costs of $698.

Melissa Joy Olson, of 217 N. Birch St., Ewen, pleaded guilty to one count of a controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine; 6 months in jail, credit for 62 days served; fines, fees and costs of $698.

Elizabeth Rivera, of 1705 3rd Avenue South, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of a controlled substance possession – less than 25 grams; 17 days in jail, credit for 12 days served; fines, fees and costs of $698.

James Lee Studer, of 211 S Cook School S Rd, Cooks, pleaded guilty to one count of weapons – carry concealed; 10 days in jail, credit for 10 days served.

Jerry Allen Floyd Jr., of 311 S 10th St #2, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to two counts of a controlled substance – delivery/manufacture; 7 years in prison, credit for 309 days served; fines, fees and costs $266.

Colin Christopher Fredrickson, of 1017 7th Ave South, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of motor vehicle unlawful drive away and four counts of police officer – assaulting, resisting, and obstructing; 12 months in jail, credit for 165 days served; jail time for each count served concurrently; fines, fees and costs of $1,272.

William Robert Chaudier, of 418 Cherry St, Negaunee, pleaded guilty to one count of attempting to control the substance meth/ecstasy; 12 months in jail, credit for 66 days served; fines, fees and costs of $758.

James Michael Zielinski Jr., of 999 Hacker Rd, Brillion, Wis., pleaded guilty to one count of motor vehicle unlawful drive away; 12 months in jail, credit for 1 day served; fines, fees and costs of $998.

Nakia Mae Hudson, of 511 Michigan Ave, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of a controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine; 5 months in jail, credit for 96 days served; fines, fees and costs of $848.

Cory Allen Boye, of 1315 Sheridan Rd Apt 1R, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to two counts of police officer – assaulting, restricting, obstructing – third offense; 134 days in jail, credit for 134 days served; 12 months probation; fines, fees and costs of $916.
