ESCANABA — The director and officers from Escanaba Public Safety Department volunteered to serve freshly-popped popcorn last week at Holy Name Catholic School, which celebrated ‘Popcorn Day’ on Thursday. The officers provided enough popcorn for each Holy Name student and staff member to have their own bag of popcorn.

The event was sponsored and made possible by Back Our Blue, according to Escanaba Department of Public Safety.

“Holy Name would like to thank EPSD for supporting our students and staff members, and keeping them safe,” read a press release from the school.

Starting at $3.50/week.
