ESCANABA — Firefighters have returned to a scene they cleared around nine hours prior.

After responding to a fire at 517 S. 8th St. in Escanaba on Friday morning, emergency personnel were called once again to the site when it burst into flames that night.

As of 9:30 p.m., agencies are on scene tackling the blaze.

People should avoid the area.
