ESCANABA – These individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges:

– Terry Lynn Campbell, Charlotte, N.C., pleaded no contest to one count one count assaulting, resisting and obstructing a police officer and two counts of assault of prison employee; 10 months in jail, credit for 148 days served for each count; fines, fees and costs of $894.

– Lacy Joy King, Wyandotte, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance possession – less than 25 grams; 22 days in jail, credit for 22 days served; fines, fees and costs of $758.

– Tori Lynn Rousseau, Munising, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine; 74 days in jail, credit for 74 days served; fines, fees and costs of $848; 12 months probation.

– Eligio Cervantes Palacious, Virden, N.M., pleaded no contest to one count of controlled substance possession – less than 25 grams; 204 days in jail, credit for 204 days served; fines, fees and costs of $698.

– Jacob Wilbur Evans, Frankenmuth, pleaded guilty to one count of fleeing and eluding a police officer – third degree; 4 days in jail, credit for 4 days served; fines, fees and costs of $848; 12 months probation.
