ESCANABA – These individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County District Court on unrelated charges:

— Joshua Jacob-Scott Czerwinski, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of violation of financial responsibility law; fines, fees and costs of $375.

— Tevon August Jackson, Allegan, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; 2 days in jail, credit for 2 days served; fines, fees and costs of $1,360.

— Cody Raphael Richards, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating – license suspended, revoked, denied; 18 days in jail; fines, fees and costs of $1,075.

— Dawn Marie Johnson, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operate – owner permitting another to violate motor vehicle code; 10 days in jail; fines, fees and costs of $975.
