— Kelly Jo Majestic, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance-possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy; 28 days in jail, credit for 28 days served; fines, fees and costs of $848; 12 months probation.

— Austin W. Couillard, Green Bay, Wis., pleaded guilty to one count of attempted uttering and publishing; 165 days in jail, credit for 165 days served; fines, fees and costs of $2,833; 36 months probation.

— Fred Arthur Patterson, Wilson, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance-possession of methamphetaminea; 51 days in jail, credit for 51 days served; fines, fees and costs of $3,948; 12 months probation.

— Timothy Alphonse Debone, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of child sexually abusive material-aggravated possession; 12 months in jail, credit for 2 days served; fines, fees and costs of $348; 60 months probation.
