ESCANABA – These individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges:

— William Joseph Lemerand, of 5043 M.5 Lane, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance-possession – less than 25 grams; 166 days in jail, credit for 166 days served; fines, fees and costs of $698.

— Jesse Richard Menard, of 1436 N. Bluff Drive, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of police officer – assaulting, resisting, and obstructing, one count of interfering with electronic communication, and one count of domestic violence – 2nd; 30 days in jail, credit for 4 days served; jail time for each count served concurrently; fines, fees and costs of $1,206; 18 months probation.

— Payton Alexis Siirila, of 13268 State Highway M-35, Rock, pleaded guilty to one count of a controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine; 162 days in jail, credit for 162 days served; fines, fees and costs of $908; 12 months probation.
