Of note: The “Deer Day” some districts schedule for the opening of gun deer season in Michigan does not appear on calendars this year because it falls on a Saturday. Also this school year, Spring Break will include Good Friday and Easter.

BARK RIVER-HARRIS

First day of school will be Monday.

Days off include Labor Day Weekend starting Friday through Sept. 1, Thanksgiving Break Nov. 26-28, Christmas Break Dec. 22-Jan. 2, Feb. 13, President’s Day Feb. 16, March 6, Spring Break March 30 through April 3, and Memorial Day on May 25.

Classes also will not meet Oct. 24, Nov. 14 and April 6 for professional development.

High school graduation will be May 21.

Last day of school will be Jun. 3.

BIG BAY DE NOC

First day of school is Tuesday.

Days off include Labor Day Weekend Friday through Sept. 1, Fall Break Oct. 3, Thanksgiving Break Nov. 24-28, Winter Break Dec. 22-Jan. 2, President’s Day Feb. 16, Spring Break March 30 through April 3 and Memorial Day May 25.

High school commencement will be May 15.

CARNEY-NADEAU

First day will be Monday.

ESCANABA AREA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT

Escanaba Student Success Center graduation ceremony will take place May 19.
