The enthusiasm of two riders is evident as the Scrambler spins, whipping their hair around during the Upper Peninsula State Fair’s opening night on Monday. Midway carnival rides open at 11 a.m. each day through Sunday. Buildings on the fairgrounds in Escanaba are open from 10:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. during fair week.
