By Friday, preliminary numbers of profits accumulated during Pink Fest was around $8,000, according to DCCA President Gayle DeShambo. The winning bra — number five, decorated to look like a face with long eyelashes — was decorated by Laurie Van Damme, a breast cancer survivor. The DCCA is considering auctioning off some of the others, DeShambo said.
