Spectators watch as members of local veterans groups take part in a POW/MIA Recognition Ceremony Friday at the Delta County Veterans Memorial in Escanaba’s Ludington Park. The ceremony was organized by the Delta County Veterans Council and is held annually on the third Friday of September — a day set aside nationally to honor POW/MIAs.
