A girl from Stephenson Area Schools gets her photo taken with Santa in the school house at the Antique Village in Escanaba Friday as her classmates wait for their own chance to meet the “Jolly Ol’ Elf.” Santa was at the Village for the annual Christmas in the Village celebration. The event, which continued Saturday, brought a wide variety of holiday treats to the fairgrounds, including Christmas carols in the Community Chapel, complimentary roasted chestnuts in the Agricultural Museum, wagon rides, raffles, sweet treats, and, of course, Santa Claus.
