Voters line up to turn in their ballots at Escanaba’s Precinct 1, located in the city council chambers at city hall. By shortly after 11:15 a.m., 266 ballots had been cast at the precinct. Poll workers reported the flow of people coming to vote had been steady throughout the morning.
