Union members take part in a Labor Day parade in downtown Escanaba Monday. The parade was followed by the dedication of the Monument to Labor and other festivities at the Municipal Dock. At left, a veterans group marches in the annual Labor Day parade in Rock Saturday. Festivities were held in Rock and many other communities in the area over the holiday weekend.
