The Puppies of Penzance has been entertaining children and adults throughout the fair with multiple shows near the entrance to the grandstand. Today is “Agriculture Day” at the fair. The Jr. Market Livestock Auction will begin at 11 a.m. Grandstand entertainment will be provided by Russell Dickerson, with doors opening at 7 p.m. and the show starting at 8 p.m. The fair will wrap up Sunday. All Scouts in uniform can enter the grounds for free that day, but Scouts aged six to 12 must be accompanied by an adult with paid admission to enter for free. Fireworks will close out the 2022 U.P. State Fair at dusk.
