Cars filled with veterans were lined up for more than a mile Tuesday for an Easter basket food distribution run by the Community Foundation For Delta County and the Escanaba Vet Center. The event was also supported by Meijer, VanDamme Potato Farms, Thrivent, and Sayklly's Confectionary & Gifts. A veteran's vehicle is shown being loaded with food during the Easter food basket distribution. Veterans received ham, potatoes, fresh dinner rolls and other Easter dinner staples. Topping off each basket was a Sayklly's Easter Egg.
