SAULT SAINTE MARIE, Mich. — U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Mobile Bay will conduct ice breaking operations in the waters of Green Bay and into Escanaba on Tuesday January 18.

The Mobile Bay will establish a track into the Port of Escanaba. This work will be conducted ahead of the vessel H. Lee. White arriving on January 18 to moor up at the Escanaba Ore Dock.

The Coast Guard reminds all recreational ice users to plan their activities carefully, use caution on the ice, and stay away from the ice breaking area.
