ESCANABA — The Delta County Chamber of Commerce is partnering with various organizations to provide the community with 14 events in 2021.

The Chamber will revisit the year the organization was formed during its Roaring 20s Fundraising Gala at the Island Resort and Casino sponsored by OSF Health Care on May 22. The fundraiser will include an evening of fine dining, live auctions, instant prizes, and live music from the band, Passion. Heading into summer, the Chamber will host its Annual Golf Outing at the Highland Golf Course on June 3.

The return of the LPGA Symmetry Tour’s Island Resort Championship at Sweetgrass in Harris is set for June 11-13. The Chamber, as presenting sponsor, will again organize the nearly 300 volunteer shifts to help the tournament run as smoothly as possible. Spectators will watch rising golfers swing their way to LPGA professional status.

On July 1, head to the new Delta County Commerce Center for the Chamber Centennial Celebration with food, drinks, music, and tours of the Webster Marble Inventing the Outdoors Museum, U.P.
