At right, Bitner gives water bottles to students. The refillable bottles were provided to all students by the Suicide Prevention Task Force to assist students who were thirsty during the day but had no water bottles to refill at the refilling stations. Currently, the school’s water fountains are turned off due to COVID-19, and the Suicide Prevention Task Force wanted to help, as they recognized being hydrated is vital to physical and mental well-being.
