ESCANABA — Public Health, Delta & Menominee Counties (PHDM) has been notified by Michigan Department of Health and Human Services it will be receiving COVID-19 vaccine for the upcoming appointments scheduled next week on Monday, January 25, and Tuesday, January 26.

If you have an appointment scheduled for one of the dates listed above, come to your appointment at the Joseph Heirman University Center at Bay College. You do not need to call and verify your appointment.

Do not show up to your appointment early, remember to wear a mask and bring identification to verify your date of birth and county of residence.

Delta and Menominee county residents over the age of 65 can call 2-1-1 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. EST to be put on the wait-list to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. As PHDM receives confirmation of vaccine allotments, you will be called and scheduled for an appointment.
