ESCANABA — Police continue to seek answers to what happened to an Escanaba man whose body was found in a burning car in an Escanaba neighborhood seven years ago today.

The body of Adam Gerald Campbell, 26, was discovered inside a car while firemen were extinguishing the burning vehicle on the 300 block of South 19th Street during the early morning hours of Saturday, April 9, 2011.

An autopsy has determined the cause of Campbell’s death but this information has not been released to the public due to the ongoing investigation.
