ESCANABA - The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges. Daniel Philip Dougherty, of 1400 1st Avenue South Apt. B, in Escanaba pleaded guilty to two counts of sex offenders - failure to comply with reporting duties. He was sentenced to five months in jail for each count, to be served concurrently. Dougherty will also be placed on probation for 24 months. He was also ordered to pay $916 in fines and fees.
