Spencer Todd Burns, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine; 10 months in jail, credit for 36 days served; fines, fees and costs of $1,356.35; 24 months probation.
Michael Craig Wandahsega Jr., Wilson, pleaded no contest to two counts of controlled substance delivery, less than 50 grams; 11 months in jail, credit for 157 days served; fines, fees and costs of $766.
Lois Marie Gerou, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to two counts of fourth degree fleeing/eluding and one count of assaulting, resisting and obstructing a police officer; nine days in jail, credit for nine days served; fines, fees and costs of $984; 18 months probation.
Ellery King Branstrom, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to one count of controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine; 237 days in jail, credit for 237 days served; fines, fees and costs of $698.
Mark Charles Reed, Gwinn, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine; fines, fees and costs of $698.
Michelle Marie Ambeau, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to one count of false report of a felony; seven days in jail, credit for seven days served; fines, fees and costs of $1,089.60.
Bradley Paul Benzie, Gwinn, pleaded no contest to one count of creation/delivery of a controlled substance; minimum of 48 months, maximum of 15 years in jail; credit for 15 days served; fines, fees and costs of $198.
Micky Lee Smith, Wilson, pleaded guilty to one count of improper possession of weapons; two days in jail, credit for two days served; fines, fees and costs of $1,069.60.
Michael David Rose, Rapid River, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession of non-narcotic; three days in jail, credit for three days served; fines, fees and costs of $848; 12 months probation.
Kenneth Gene Rausch Jr., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession of non-narcotic; and one count of controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine; 12 months in jail, credit for 157 days served; fines, fees and costs of $766.
Jesse Paul Homa, Marquette Branch Prison, pleaded no contest to one count of controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine; minimum of 18 months, maximum of 120 months in jail, credit for four days served; one count of controlled substance – possession of non-narcotic; minimum 16 months, maximum 24 months in jail, credit for four days served; and one count of weapons – carry concealed; minimum of 18 months, maximum of 60 months in jail, credit for four days served; to be served concurrently; fines, fees and cost of $334.
Anthony Gregory Shalifoe, Wilson, pleaded no contest to first degree retail fraud; seven months in jail, credit for 88 days served; fines, fees and costs of $2,374.28; 36 months probation.
Nicole Marie Stouffer, Rock, pleaded guilty to two counts of Medicaid – false claim; 257 days in jail, credit for 257 days served; fines, fees and costs of $8,591.47; 36 months probation.
Russell Earl McClinchy, Gladstone, pleaded no contest to one count of explosives – sending with intent to frighten; fines, fees and costs of $348; 36 months probation.
Allyson O. Larson, Women’s Huron Valley Correctional Facility, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – deliver/manufacture; minimum of 82 months, maximum of 20 years in jail; credit for 150 days served; fines, fees and costs of $198.
Ginger Ann Aker, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession of non-narcotic; 12 months in jail, credit for 6 days served; fines, fees and costs of $698.
