ESCANABA – These individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges:
– Jonathon James Ashauer, Wells, pleaded guilty to count one — assaulting, resisting and obstructing a police officer; 11 months in jail, credit for 165 days served; count two — assaulting, resisting and obstructing a police officer; 165 days in jail, credit for 165 days served; and count three — second degree domestic violence; 165 days in jail, credit for 165 days served; fines, fees and costs of $966; 12 months probation.
– Krysti Lynn Ramsey, Women’s Huron Valley Prison, pleaded guilty to one count of assault on a prison employee; 12 months in jail, credit for 58 days served; fines, fees and costs of $198.
– Krysti Lynn Ramsey, Women’s Huron Valley Prison, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — possession of methamphetamine; 12 months in jail, credit for 256 days served; fines, fees and costs of $698.
– Annette Marie Watson, Bedford, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — possession of less than 25 grams; and one count of controlled substance — possession of methamphetamine; for both counts, 24 days in jail, credit for 24 days served; fines, fees and costs of $1,171.20.
– Ashley Ann Tichelaar, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of motor vehicle — unlawful use; 150 days in jail, credit for 73 days served; fines, fees and costs of 1,089.60.
– Craig Charles Gouin, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of lying to a peace officer; and one count of assaulting, resisting and obstructing a police officer; fines, fees and costs of $440; 12 months probation.
– Garrett Harvey Trombley, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — possession of methamphetamine; sentenced as a habitual offender — 4th; fines, fees and costs of $348.
– Colt Douglas Warner, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance _ possession of methamphetamine; fines, fees and costs of $758.
– Mitchel Alan Lafave Jr., Escanaba, pleaded no contest to one count of third degree home invasion; minimum 23 months, maximum 5 years in jail, credit for 224 days served; fines, fees and costs of $198.
– Mitchel Alan Lafave Jr., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — possession of non-narcotic; minimum 16 months, maximum 2 years in jail, credit for 203 days served; fines, fees and costs of $198.
– Mitchel Alan LaFave Jr., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — delivery/manufacture schedule 4; minimum 23 months, maximum 4 years in jail, credit for 186 days served; fines, fees and costs of $198.
– Benjamin Karl Grossoehme, Skandia, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — possession of less than 25 grams; and one count of controlled substance — delivery/manufacture methamphetamine.; for both counts, 12 months in jail, credit for 2 days served; fines, fees and costs of $916; 24 months probation.
– Tea Kallie Wandahsega, Wilson, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance — possession of methamphetamine; 182 days in jail, credit for 182 days served; fines, fees and costs of $806.62.
– Mark Alan Hart, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine; 12 months in jail, credit for 25 days served; fines, fees and costs of $198.
– Evan Charles Sherbet, Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine; 6 months in jail, credit for 79 days served; fines, fees and costs of $698.
– Ernest Wayne Dillabough, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to one count of fleeing and eluding police – third degree; minimum 2 years, maximum 10 years in jail; and one count of controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine; minimum 4 years, maximum 20 years in jail; fines, fees and costs of $266.
