Arthur John Tourangeau, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated/per se third offense; 30 days in jail, credit for one day served; fines, fees and costs of $2,533; 36 months probation; Sobriety Court program.

Domenick Antonio Boye, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated indecent exposure; 3 months in jail, credit for 3 days served; fines, fees and costs of $908; 36 months probation.

Brooklyn Jean Hesse, Burton, pleaded no contest to one count of controlled substance- possession of methamphetamine; 90 days in jail, credit for one day served; fines, fees and costs of $1,308; 18 months probation.

Harley David Hamilton, Gladstone, pleaded no contest to one count of controlled substance possession <25 grams, two counts of assaulting, resisting and obstructing a police officer; 5 months in jail, credit for 32 days served; and one count of operating while intoxicated; 93 days in jail, credit for 32 days served; fines, fees and costs of $1,559; 12 months probation. Christopher Joe Johnson, Rapid River, was found guilty by a jury of three counts of assaulting, resisting and obstructing a police officer; seven months in jail, credit for 49 days served; fines, fees and costs of $334. Jessy Lee Lawson, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to one count of domestic violence -- third offense; 10 months in jail, credit for 101 days served; fines, fees and costs of $848; 24 months probation. Julie Ann Miller, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of telecommunications services -- malicious use; 100 days in jail; fines, fees and costs of $1,820; nine months probation. Christine Diane Johnson, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated; 15 days in jail; fines, fees and costs of $1,250; nine months probation. Cory Laurent Seabrook, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while impaired; one day in jail; fines, fees and costs of $1,685; six months probation. Mary June Johnson, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of child abuse -- fourth degree; fines, fees and costs of $1,055; six months probation. Xavier John Copeland Nehemiah, Kincheloe, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while impaired; four days in jail; fines, fees and costs of $1,660; six months probation. Leah Marie Vertz, Garden, pleaded guilty to one count of trespassing; 15 days in jail; fines, fees and costs of $125. Brett Joseph Benson, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated; 25 days in jail; fines, fees and costs of $2,140; 12 months probation. Michelle Marie Ambeau, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of check -- NSF over $100 less than $500; 104 days in jail; fines, fees and costs of $2,485.32; 12 months probation.
