Utility vehicles from the Marquette Board of Light and Power lined North Third Street on Monday, creating a tunnel to the Canale-Tonella Funeral Home and Cremation Services, where services for Jack Rantanen took place. Rantanen, 25, a graduate of Marquette Senior High School, was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, or IBEW, Local 876.
