Circuit court
ESCANABA – These individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges:
— Sean Anthony Malnar, 9211 County Highway 511, Rapid River, pleaded guilty to one count of a controlled substance-possession of methamphetamine.
He was sentenced on Sept. 15 to 11 months in jail with credit for 211 days already served.
Malnar was also ordered to pay $698 in fines and fees.
— Melissa Joy Olson, 217 N. Birch St., Ewen, pleaded guilty to one count of a controlled substance-possession of methamphetamine.
She was sentenced on Sept. 15 to six months in jail with credit for 62 days already served.
Olson was also ordered to pay $698 in fines and fees.
— Elizabeth Rivera, 1705 Third Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of a controlled substance possession – less than 25 grams.
She was sentenced Sept. 11 to 17 days in jail with credit for 12 days already served.
Rivera was also ordered to pay $698 in fines and fees.
— James Lee Studer, 211 S. Cook School Road, Cooks, pleaded guilty to one count of weapons – carry concealed.
He was sentenced on Sept. 10 to 10 days in jail with credit for 10 days already served.
— Jerry Allen Floyd Jr., 311 S. 10th St. No. 2, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to two counts of a controlled substance – delivery/manufacture.
He was sentenced on Sept. 9 to seven years in prison with credit for 309 days already served.
Floyd was also ordered to pay $266 in fines and fees.
— Colin Christopher Fredrickson, 1017 Seventh Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of motor vehicle unlawful drive away and four counts of police officer – assaulting, resisting, and obstructing.
He was sentenced Aug. 25 to 12 months in jail with credit for 165 days already served. Jail time for each count will be served concurrently.
Fredrickson was also ordered to pay $1,272 in fines and fees in total for his crimes.
— William Robert Chaudier, 418 Cherry St., Negaunee, pleaded guilty to one count of attempting to control the substance meth/ecstasy.
He was sentenced Aug. 25 to 12 months in jail with credit for 66 days already served.
Chaudier was also ordered to pay $758 in fines and fees.
— James Michael Zielinski Jr., 999 Hacker Road, Brillion, Wis., pleaded guilty to one count of motor vehicle unlawful drive away.
He was sentenced Aug. 25 to 12 months in jail with credit for one day already served.
Zielinski was also ordered to pay $998 in fines and fees.
— Nakia Mae Hudson, 511 Michigan Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of a controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine.
She was sentenced Aug. 25 to five months in jail with credit for 96 days already served.
Hudson was also ordered to pay $848 in fines and fees.
— Cory Allen Boye, 1315 Sheridan Road Apt. 1R, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to two counts of police officer – assaulting, restricting, obstructing – third offense.
He was sentenced on Aug. 19 to 134 days in jail with credit for 134 days already served.
He will be on probation for 12 months.
Boye was also ordered to pay $916 in fines and fees.
