DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Lee Kern Nelson, of Escanaba, pleaded no contest to one count of domestic violence; 60 days in jail with credit for 47 days already served; $125 fines and fees.
Joshua Allen Patrick, of Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence; probation for six months; $755 fines and fees.
Draydon Joseph-John Godfrey, of Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence – second offense; 190 days in jail with credit for 30 days already served; $125 fines and fees.
Kyle Richard Hakes, of Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence; four days in jail with credit for four days already served; probation for 24 months; $2,865 fines and fees.
Dale Allen Doss, of Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of domestic violence – second offense and he also pleaded no contest to one count of weapons – firearms – carless discharge/property damage over $50; a total 172 days in jail with credit for 144 days already served, sentences run concurrently; probation for 12 months; $1,985 fines and fees.
CHILD ABUSE
Shannon Marie Timler, of Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of child abuse – 4th degree – delay of sentence; probation for 12 months; $1,235 fines and fees.
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Dimon Markea White, of Gwinn, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – use; 45 days in jail; $1,375 fines and fees.
SEX OFFENDERS
Robert Marcus Saup, of Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of sex offenders – failure to sign registration; $975 fines and fees.
