ESCANABA – The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Michelle Lee Hardwick, (address unknown), pleased guilty to retail fraud – first degree.

She was sentenced to 12 months in jail with credit for 197 days already served. Hardwick was also ordered to pay $862.68 in fines, fees and restitution.

Nicholas James Micheau, of Escanaba, pleaded no contest to one count of operating – ouil – 3rd offense and one count of operating while license is suspended/revoked/denied. He was sentenced to 85 days in jail for each county with credit for 85 days already served for each count. Micheau was also ordered to pay $1,863 in fines, fees and restitution.
