Tai Chi for Arthritis class offered
ESCANABA — Michigan State University Extension and University of Michigan Trauma Burn Center will be offering a free online program of Tai Chi for Arthritis Part II. Tai Chi has many benefits, and this set has been particularly successful in showing an increase in participants strength, improved balance, and ability to prevent falls.
The program consists of 10 60-minute sessions. Each session will include: Tai Chi Warm-ups, Tai Chi Lesson and Tai Chi Cool Downs.
The program will start July 10 and run through September 11 meeting each Thursday virtually via Zoom at 2:30 p.m. CT/3:30 p.m. ET. To register: https://events.anr.msu.edu/taichipart2july2025/
