ESCANABA – The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Ronald Levin Sagataw, of W328 Oak Road, in Wilson pleaded guilty to one count of possession of cocaine – less than 25 grams. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail with credit for 49 days already served.

Sagataw was also ordered to pay $698 in fines and fees.

Joshua Allan Patrick, of 5644 E.5 Road, in Bark River pleaded guilty to one county of possession of fentanyl. He was sentenced to 35 days in jail with credit for 35 days already served. He will also be placed on probation for 12 months. Patrick must also pay $908 in fines and fees.

Jennifer Lynn Verbrigghe, of 3028 14th Road, in Escanaba pleaded guilty to one count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. She was sentenced to 81 days in jail with credit for 81 days already served. Verbrigghe was also ordered to pay $198 in fines and fees.

Jennifer Lynn Verbrigghe, of 3028 14th Road, in Escanaba pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 82 days in jail with credit for 82 days already served. She will also be placed on probation for 24 months.

Verbrigghe was also ordered to pay $348 in fines and fees.
