ESCANABA – The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Sierra Ryleigh Sullivan of W3777 Elm Street, in Spalding pleaded guilty to one count of delivery and/or possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and one county of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine. She was sentenced to a total of 111 days in jail with credit for 42 days already served. According to court documents, the jail time for possession of methamphetamine is held in abeyance conditioned upon the defendant enrolling into an approved inpatient facility (approved by her probation agent) by May 27. If treatment is successfully completed, the jail time will not be served.

She was also placed on probation for 12 months. Sullivan was also ordered to pay $916 in fines and fees.

David Allen Dillabough, of 8913 23.15 Street, in Gladstone pled guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 27 days in jail with credit for 27 days already served. Dillabough was also ordered to pay $698 in fines and fees.
