Portions of 3rd Avenue North closed

ESCANABA — 3rd Avenue North between North 13th Street and North 15th Street and the intersection of 1st Avenue North and North 13th Street will be closed until work is completed. The closure is due to water service work and valve replacement work. Motorists should expect some delays and slowdown near this work.
