ESCANABA — The Bay Sages will gather for their regular monthly meeting on Thursday, April 4, 10 a.m. at the Joseph Heirman University Center at Bay de Noc Community College.

The Bay Sages is an organization established to provide educational opportunities for older adults residing in the Delta County area. Dues are $20 for the year and include monthly newsletters, coffee and rolls at regular meetings and a wide variety of educational opportunities for members.

Bringing you Books and More. The program will be provided by Carolyn Stacey, director of the Escanaba Public Library. She will discuss recent initiatives and innovations in public library services to the community, featuring the 2023 launch of the libraries mobile outreach services and the debut of the first bookmobile, enhancements to the library’s digital collections and services, as well as upcoming arts and cultural events.
