ESCANABA -- Defendants were sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court. They include:

Chelsea Michelle Heimerl, of 10626 N.5 Road, Gladstone pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy, jails – furnished contraband to prisoners, and controlled substances – possession (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) less than 25 grams. She was sentenced to three to 10 years in prison. She was also assessed fines, costs and fees of $334.

Melissa Louise-Kay Griffith, of 1135 Carny Blvd., Marinette, Wis. pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy. She was sentenced to seven months in jail with credit for 128 days served. She was also assessed fines, costs and fees of $758.

Branden Ray Cappaert of 1254 Cherry St., Green Bay, Wis. pleaded guilty to controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedules 1, 2 and 3 except marijuana, methamphetamine, ecstasy and cocaine) and controlled substance – possession/analogues. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail with credit for 52 days served. He was also assessed fines, costs and fees of $766.

Denise Marie Nelson, of 525 N. 19th St., Escanaba pleaded guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon. She was sentenced to 58 days in jail. She was also assessed fines, costs and fees of $848 and placed on probation for 12 months.

Kaitlyne Marie Micheau, of 7468 Brampton 27.5 Road, Rapid River pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) less than 25 grams. She was sentenced to 168 days in jail. She was also assessed fines, costs and fees of $848 and placed on probation for 18 months.

Tyler Thomas Wellman of 15 Marquette Ave., Crystal Falls pleaded guilty to criminal sexual assault third degree (person 13-15). He was sentenced to 21 months to 15 years in prison with credit for 138 days served. He was also assessed fines, costs and fees of $198.

Charles Raymond Seymour of 4768 18th Road, Escanaba pleaded guilty to police officer – fleeing – fourth degree – penal code and operating- license suspended, revoked, denied. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail with credit for 140 days served. He was also assessed fines, costs and fees of $630 and ordered to pay restitution of $510.

Michelle Marie McGraw of 529 S. 12th St., Escanaba pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy and being a habitual offender 2nd offense notice. She was sentenced to six months in jail with credit for one day served. She was also assessed fines, costs and fees of $280 and placed on probation for 18 months.

Ashlee Ann Stewart of 28 Sicotte Road, Marquette pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) less than 25 grams. and operating while intoxicated. She was sentenced to 11 months in jail with credit for two days served. She was also assessed fines, costs and fees of $630 and placed on probation for 18 months.

Emily Rae Britton of 2191 H Road, Bark River pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession/analogues and attempted police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstruction. She was sentenced to six months in jail with credit for 93 days served. She was also assessed fines, costs and fees of $630.

Arleen Elaine Statler of 13906 Asumaa Road, Atlantic Mine, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy. She was sentenced to four months in jail with credit for 24 days served. She was also assessed fines, costs and fees of $848 and placed on probation for 12 months.

Krysti Lynn Ramsey, address unknown, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit controlled substance creation/delivery of analogue. He was sentenced to 18 months to 15 years in prison with credit for 242 days served. She was also assessed fines, costs and fees of $630.

Edward Starr Quick, of 10513 Remick Road, Blanchard, Mich. pleaded guilty to larceny in a building. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail with credit for 274 days served. He was also assessed fines, costs and fees of $630.
