ESCANABA — Public Health, Delta & Menominee Counties (PHDM) has received the updated 2023-24 Moderna COVID-19 vaccine and is now scheduling appointments. Individuals who are at least six months of age and have not received a dose of any COVID-19 vaccine within eight weeks prior to their appointment may be eligible to receive the 2023-24 Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Additional screening questions will be asked to confirm eligibility during your visit. PHDM will bill private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid.
