ESCANABA — Defendants were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court. They include:

Andrew Michael Demeuse, 6590 Woodland L.75 Drive, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to contractor – fraudulent use of building contract fund. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with credit for 144 days served (concurrent), assessed fines, costs and fees of $848, $38,761.90 restitution, and placed on probation for 24 months.

Andrew Michael Demeuse, 6590 Woodland L.75 Drive, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to contractor – fraudulent use of building contract fund. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with credit for 144 days served (concurrent), assessed fines, costs and fees of $198, $8,750 restitution, and placed on probation for 24 months.

Gregory Lance Vannewkirk, 25584 Portage Entry Road, Chassell, pleaded guilty to attempted controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy. He was sentenced to seven months in jail with credit for 85 days served, assessed fines, costs and fees of $698.

Glenn David Teeple, of W390 N. 38th Road, Wilson, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit jails – furnishing contraband to prisoners and jails – prisoner possessing contraband, habitual offender – 2nd offense notice. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail with credit for 187 days served, assessed fines, costs and fees of $766.

Andrea Jean Lucca, of 6224 Eagle Ridge Drive, Kalamazoo, pleaded no contest to larceny in a building. She was sentenced to six months in jail with credit for 146 days served, assessed fines, costs and fees of $698.

Shane David Wallin, 6400 Matt L.4 Drive, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to false pretenses – $200 or more but less than $1,000. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail, assessed fines, costs and fees of $590, $260,000 restitution, 12 months probation.

Timothy Livo Chiamulera, of 3641 21st Road, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to animals – killing/torturing. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, assessed fines, costs and fees of $408, $840.78 restitution.

Armand Antonio Filoramo, of 724 S. 12th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to six months in jail with credit for 129 days served, assessed fines, costs and fees of $198.

Armand Antonio Filoramo, of 724 S. 12th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) less than 25 grams, 183 days in jail with credit for 183 days served, assessed fines, costs and fees of $198.

Garrett Blake Browning, of 48 5th Ave. N., Iron River, pleaded no contest to controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 30 months to 20 years in prison with credit for 271 days served, assessed fines, costs and fees of $258.
