ESCANABA -- Defendants were sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court in unrelated cases. They include:

Todd Clayton Cummings, of 1600 S. 30th St., Trlr #132, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to two counts of sex offenders – failure to comply with reporting duties. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and assessed fines, costs and fees of $326.

Eden Margaret Bemis, of 1016 Stephenson Ave., Apt 1, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated. She was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and assessed $50 in fines, costs and fees.

Nacole Amber Swanson, 1115N. 1st Ave., Iron River, pleaded guilty to attempted controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 236 days in jail with credit for 236 days served, assessed fines, costs and fees of $198 and placed on probation for 12 months.

John Robert Zentner, 1601 Zimmerman Lane, Menominee, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – manufacture – methamphetamine. He was sentenced to nine months in jail with credit for 122 days served and assessed fines, costs and fees of $698.

Jason Edward Frankovich, of 1141 N. Peterson Road, Cooks, pleaded guilty to being a habitual offender – 2nd offense notice. He was sentenced to four months in jail with credit for one day served, assessed fines, costs and fees of $908 and placed on probation for 18 months.

Brittany Lee Schneider, of 502 S. 10th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy. She was sentenced to 221 days in jail with credit for 221 days served and assessed fines, costs and fees of $258.
