ESCANABA -- The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Isayah Jordanlee Baker, 1304 Lake Store Drive, #4, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to two counts of sex-offenders – failure to comply with registration act. He was sentenced to six months in jail and credited for 94 days served.

In addition, Baker was ordered to pay $766 in fines and fees.

Sarah Ellen Seymour, of 301 S. 14th Street, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one county of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedules 1, 2, and 3 except marijuana, methamphetamine, ecstacy and cocaine) and one count of controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstacy.

Seymour was sentenced to eight months in jail and credited for 154 days already served. She was also ordered to pay $916 in fines and fees and will be placed on probation for 18 months.

Joseph Allan Wilson, of 411 S. 14th Street, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to two counts of sex offenders – failure to comply with registration act. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail and credited with 125 days already served.

In addition, Wilson was ordered to pay $766 in fines and fees.

Ryan Patrick Hayhurst, of 602 S. 26th Street, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to one count of child abuse – second degree. He was sentenced to 345 days in jail and credited for 245 days already served.

Hayhurst was ordered to pay $848 in fines and fees and will be placed on probation for 12 months.
