ESCANABA -- Defendants were sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court in unrelated cases. They include:
Shannon Lea Johnson, of 13268 M-35, Rock pleaded guilty to attempted controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedule 4); three months in jail with credit for eight days served, 12 months probation, $180 fines and costs.
William Thomas Baribeau, of 823 2nd Ave. S., Apt. 4, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to attempted sex offenders – failure to comply with registration act; 45 days jail – balance held in abeyance, 12 months probation, $180 fines and costs, $500 attorney fees.
Gamabne Leland White, of 717 Minnesota Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy; 18 months to 10 years in prison with credit for 116 days served, $258 fines, costs and fees.
Erik Dylan Adkins, of 26105 County Road 496, Champion pleaded guilty to breaking and entering a building with intent; 109 day with credit for 109 days served, 18 months probation, $908 fines, costs and fees, $1,224.50 restitution.
Lisa Marie Myrick, of 1723 3rd Ave. N. Apt. 2, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (cocaine, heroin or other narcotic) less than 50 grams; eight months jail with credit for 147 days served, 18 months probation, $848 fines, costs and fees.
Mark Anthony Gauthier, of 4968 N. Pederson Circle 17.85 Drive, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to aggravated assault; 12 months in jail with credit for two days served, 24 months probation, $335 fines, costs and fees.
Patrick Devin Smith, of 316 S. 11th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated – third offense; eight months in jail with credit for one day served, 24 months probation, $1,348 fines, costs and fees.
Aliyah Diamond Shalifoe, of W559 Ridgeview Park, Wilson, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; six months in jail with credit for 114 days served, 12 months probation, $898 fines. costs and fees.
William Robert Haack, of 10600 Clare Ave. Lot 1, Claire, Mich. was found guilty by a jury of being a habitual offender – fourth offense (underlying offense – controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy); 19 months to 15 years in prison with credit for 111 days served, $198 fines, costs and fees.
Timothy Charles Brandt, of 121 Michigan Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated – second offense; $1,348 fines, costs and fees, 45 days of community service with credit for 51 days already performed.
Darrell Edward Wright II, homeless, pleaded guilty to sex offenders – failure to comply with registration act; 14 months to four years in prison with credit for 97 days served, $198 fines, costs and fees.
Jenna Nicole LaFave, homeless, pleaded no contest to assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; eight months in jail with 108 days served, $698 fines, costs and fees.
Tyler Jocef Segerstrom, of 1035 1/2 Curry St., Marinette, Wis. pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy; 12 months in jail with credit for 182 days served, $748 fines, costs and fees.
Nicholas Joseph Weaver, of 345 S. County Road 557, Gwinn, pleaded guilty to stolen property – receiving and concealing – $1,000 or more but less than $20,000; 212 days in jail with credit for 212 days served, 24 months probation, $848 fines, costs and fees, $1,224.50 restitution.
Mark Scott Beauchamp, of 824 Montana Ave., Gladstone pleaded guilty to assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder or by strangulation; 23 months to 10 years in prison, $198 fines and costs.
Daniel Gage Bryan, of 802 Minnesota Ave., Gladstone, pleaded no contest to operating while intoxicated – third offense and assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer; 12 months in jail with credit for 236 days served, 36 months probation, $840 fines, costs and fees.
Charles Duane Davis Jr., of 4852 17th Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to attempt – controlled substance -delivery/manufacture (cocaine, heroin or other narcotic) less than 50 grams; 32 days jail with credit for 32 days served, 12 months probation, $420 fines, costs and fees.
