ESCANABA -- The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Zane Anthony Bukowski, of 1207 Third Ave. South, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of false report or threat of terrorism. He was sentenced to a minimum of 72 months to a maximum of 20 years in prison and credited for 577 days already served in jail.

In addition, Bukowski was ordered to pay $198 in fines and fees.

Lacie Marie Wight, of 113 S. 14th St., Apt. #1, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to attempted controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedule 4). She was sentenced to one month in jail and credited for two days already served. She was also ordered to pay $908 in fines and fees and will be placed on probation for 12 months.

Autumn Dawn Taylor, of 5614 J.5 Road, Escanaba, pleaded guilty in two separate cases to controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy, with one count of the charge in each case. The sentences will be served concurrently, and she was sentenced to 10 months in jail and credited for 91 days already served.

Taylor was ordered to pay $1,046 in fines and fees for both charges and will be placed on probation for 18 months.

Gerald Charles Alexander, of 525 South 12th Street, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing causing injury and one count of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. Both counts were enhanced by habitual offender – 4th offense notices. In each case, Alexander was sentenced to 12 months in jail and credited for 55 days already served, but the two sentences are to be served concurrently.

In addition, Alexander was ordered to pay $766 in fines and fees.

Charles Anthony Siedlecki, of 529 N. 19th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – deliver/manufacture – methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 10 months in jail and credited for 114 days already served. In addition, he was ordered to pay $934.67 in fines and fees, and will be placed on probation for 12 months.

Shawn Michael Boyle, of 612 N. 16th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to two count of attempted controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedules 1, 2 and 3 except marijuana, methamphetamine, ecstasy and cocaine). Both counts were enhanced by habitual offender – 2nd offense notices.

Boyle was sentenced to 7 months in jail and credited for 39 days served. He was also ordered to pay $916 in fines and fees and will be placed on probation for 18 months.

Brandon Lee Mlostek, of 4397 U.S. 2/41, Escanaba, was found guilty by jury of one count of operating while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail and credited for one day already served. Mlostek was also ordered to pay $8,571 in fines and fees.

Clifford Ray Koster, of 8455 U.S. 2, Lot 4, Rapid River, pleaded guilty to one county of operating while intoxicated – third offense and a habitual offender second offense notice. He was sentenced to a minimum of 18 months to a maximum of 7 years, 6 months in prison and credited for 210 days previously served in jail. Koster was also ordered to pay $258 ion fines and fees.
