ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.
Graham Porter Young, of 6181 M-35, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – methamphetamine. He was sentenced to a minimum of 72 months to a maximum of 20 years in prison and credited for one day already served in jail. In addition, Young was ordered to pay $198 in fines and fees.
Trevor John Williams, of 915 3rd Ave. S., apartment #2, in Escanaba, pleased guilty to one count of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing. He was sentenced to 123 days in jail and credited for 123 days already served. Williams was ordered to pay $698 in fines and fees.
Lorrie Ann Germain, of 323 South 12th Street, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to one count of computers – using to commit a crime, a felony punishable by a maximum imprisonment of four years or more but less than ten years. Germain was placed on probation for 12 months and ordered to pay $348 in fines and fees and $50 in restitution to the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team (UPSET).
Dale William Beauchamp, Jr., of 912 Ludington Street, upper apartment #1, in Escanaba, pleaded no contest to one count of attempted sex offenders – failure to comply with reporting duties. Beauchamp was ordered to pay $625 in fines and fees.
Holly Joy Kujala, of 7491 26th Road, Rapid River, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substances – maintaining a drug house. She was sentenced to three months in jail and credited for 24 days already served. In addition, Kujala was ordered to pay $698 in fines and fees.
