ESCANABA -- The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.

Kale Alfred McKay, of 2188 II Drive, Garden, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy and one county of controlled substances – maintaining a drug house. He was sentenced to 11 months in jail on the first charge and 97 days on the second charge, with both sentences to be served concurrently, and was credited for 97 days already served. McKay was ordered to pay $776 in fines and fees and will be placed on probation for 18 months.

Amanda Jean Steinhoff, of 603 West Onota, Munising, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated – third offense. Steinhoff's license was revoked. She was sentenced to 9 months in jail and was credited for 11 days already served. Steinhoff was ordered to pay $1,638 in fines and fees and will be placed on probation for 12 months.

Shannon Dee Stevenson, of 47 Sandy Lane, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession/analogues. She was sentenced to 11 months in jail and credited for four days already served. Stevenson was ordered to pay $698 in fines and fees.

Daniel Robert Derouin, of 6027 Horseshoe 22.3 Dr., Gladstone, pleaded no contest to police officer – fleeing – third degree. Derouin was sentenced to 12 months in jail and credited for 86 days already served. In addition, he was ordered to pay $698 in fines and fees.

Andrea Nichole Clark, of 115 Colonial Drive, Augusta, Mich., pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy. She was sentenced to 8 months in jail and credited for 119 days already served. She was also ordered to pay $908 and will be placed on probation for 12 months.

Arthur John Tourangeau, of N17108 County Road 551, Wilson, pleaded guilty to attempted operating while intoxicated – third offense. He was sentenced to 6 months in jail and credited for 144 days already served. Tourangeau was ordered to pay $898 in fines and fees and the vehicle used in the offense was immobilized or forfeited.

Tracy Elizabeth Ernest, of 15714 16th Road, Garden, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy. She was sentenced to a minimum of 18 months to a maximum of 10 years in prison and credited for 160 days served in jail. In addition, Ernest was ordered to pay $198 in fines and fees.
